The hero of our stories and without her realising it, she is the centre of the brilliant and wonderful world where fantastic things happen for her and her friends on what seems to be a daily basis. Only the introduction of Aubrey the Strawberry has put a cloud in her sky, but this has not stopped them from having the most amazing adventures anyone could dream of having.
Hannah’s little sister and companion on lots of her adventures. Regularly manages to get lost without trying. Never to be seen without a stuffed monkey called Harry. Unbeknown to Lucy, he is another story altogether
Hannah and Lucy’s cat who seems to take the strange goings on in their house all in her stride. Can often be seen fighting with the local foxes or looking for food in the outside bins.
Big stuffed Pig. One of Hannah’s trusty sidekick and bedtime companion. Normally spotted sitting on the end of Hannah’s bed, gazing out of her window or sunbathing on holiday together.
The hero of the first Hannah story and the inspiration for the ones that followed. The tale of a friendly escaped, cake loving bear who is quite keen on having a bit of a back garden disco. Owner of a quite massive bum and has now become quite a celebrity.
Hannah thinks he is an annoying boy who has major issues when it comes to wind. It is fair to say he could probably power a small European nation such is his rate of production. Generally, not that keen on doing anything he’s told and appears to be the main problem in Mr Bishop’s life. In return Mr Bishop seems to speak to Aubrey’s parents on quite a regular basis.
Big beaked owner of the local zoo from where a very naughty bear is on the run. Cunning and clever, he is determined to catch that bear at all costs and will use all his tricks to find out where he is hiding.
Hannah’s teacher who also has the pleasure of spending most of his working life dealing with the many Aubrey related problems that seem to arise on a daily basis. Has been quoted as saying the best part of his job is that it comes with sixteen week’s holiday.
Genius inventor and general all round brainbox who has absolutely no idea of what is happening outside in the real world. All this despite making friends with Hannah on a recent school visit. Funds his wacky world when he invented a machine that can predict the lottery numbers when he runs out of money. Looks like a quiz show host.
Oil guzzling robot who has managed to go missing on his way to the garage in his search for supplies. One of Professor Groves greatest inventions and helps Hannah in many of her adventures whilst also enjoying the joys of going trick or treating and sweet eating.
Delightful elephant who manages to look after Hannah after she is sent into orbit by Aubrey at the circus. Also manages to find a cunning way to get her own back on our flame haired friend. Very keen on a bag of peanuts
Minature polar bears who meet Hannah and Lucy at the local superstore before embarking on arguably the greatest adventure of all time. Currently found residing in the comfort of Hannah’s garage where hopefully her Mum will never ever find them.
Headmaster at Hannah and Lucy’s school. It has been mentioned by some parents that he seems to be quite keen on the sound of own voice and they feel sorry for the children who have to listen to him. Sadly, they are not wrong.
Sandwich munching sidekick to the dreadful Mr Rimmer. No one is really sure what he actually does during the school day but has been seen occasionally driving the school minibus.
Three eyed creature who come across Hannah and her friends when they accidentally end up on the surface of the moon. Very kind and delighted when Hannah and Aubrey teach them how to play a new game.
Notorious bank robbers who have set their sights on stealing the biggest haul of diamonds and pearls ever to have been on display in London. Cunning masters of disguise.
Trusty school secretary who spends her time answering the parent’s problems whilst trying to avoid Mr Rimmer at all costs. Although she thinks she is, she is not actually a teacher.
A strange mix of middle aged race addicts and petrol heads who spend their weekends joining Dick Barclay Hunt at his race track together with their bizarre themed cars.
Hannah’s classmate and another of the victims who have to sit at the classroom table with Aubrey. Having a father who is desperate for you to be a future world champion racing driver can’t be that easy.
Former World Champion racing driver from the 1980’s who still believes he’s in the prime of his life. From the look of his expanding waistline and receding hairline he’s probably not. Owner of the local race track and father of Norris. Currently on wife number four.
