Terms and conditions
Interpretation
Unless otherwise stated, the following definitions apply
- "company", "we", "us", and "our" are references to Stuhead Limited;
- "you", "your" and "customer" are references to the person paying for services from Stuhead Limited having entered into this agreement.
Ordering books online
You can order books online directly from us by adding the books to the shopping basket and following the checkout process. Following payment you will be sent a confirmation of your order to the email address supplied.
Payment
The price shown in the checkout is the total payable including delivery to the UK. International orders may incur an additional postage charge shown in the checkout. Goods are paid for in UK sterling. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All payments are processed securely by our payment provider and your payment details are never revealed to us.
Delivery
Books will normally be shipped within 5 working days. Pre-orders will be shipped once the books are officially released.
If a delay is anticipated, we will do our best to keep you informed. Please allow time for your order to arrive, especially if posting internationally.
Returns and cancellations
You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery providing it remains unused and undamaged. You must notify us before returning your order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the order to us and any costs incurred in sending the books back.
On receipt of your returned books we will process a full refund (minus the delivery charge) to the original payment method. It may take a few days for this refund to appear in your bank account.
Your information
We will only hold your information for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use or store your information for any other purpose unless explicitly requested.
Merchandise sales
Merchandise sales are handled entirely by our chosen third party provider (Redbubble). We have no involvement in the ordering, production or delivery process for these items. Merchandise sales are subject to the terms and conditions of the provider and any issues should be raised directly with them.
